I bought my first one about 3 years ago and it didn't lasted a year, because the cover started to fall a part in pieces every time we remove it to use the pool or do maintenance. Basically the material can't handle UV rays more that a year and for the price it should at least last 3 years.
Forget about calling Intex for warranty they will kick you to the curve and tell you that there is nothing they can do, which ridiculous because this is clearly a manufacture issue on the quality of the products, this is a product that expected to be on the outdoor element all year and is suppose to handle it.
Is actually a shame because I do like the straps that are use to hold the Cover in place and it fits perfect on the pool, but the quality of the cover material is terrible.
