(More customer reviews)I'd read reviews for all brands of above ground pool cleaners and virtually everyone complains that they break in 1 to 2 years.Then I saw that Smartpool came out with a new model of the "Robo-Kleen" and decided to try it hoping the the company fixed the quality from the previous models.

WOW!was I mistaken, this cleaner worked great for 3 months, but has now stopped auto-reversing nor does it turn anymore.So it goes across the pool in 1 pass and gets stuck.I have to go out and move it a few inches after every pass to clean the bottom.Not really automatic anymore....

I have just contacted customer service to see how they handle this.
