(More customer reviews)When I first placed the device into the pool it went just in like the instructions had indicated. The next day it was chirping so I replaced the battery. A few days later the device started to go off in the middle of a calm sunny day. I replaced the battery again. A few more days and the device went off in the middle of a calm dry night. The indoor receiver never activated. I reset the device but it continue to go off the rest of the night until I removed it from the pool and again the indoor receiver never activated. Upon observation the device was discolored where it sat in the water (about a week) so I had the water tested professionally, the water chemistry was perfect.
